They&amp;rsquo;re even lower if you&amp;rsquo;re paying with a credit card since those companies already take a cut.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Google Wallet hasn&amp;rsquo;t exactly taken off. Square is growing in larger cities, but it is far from ubiquitous. So why would Apple bother?
