The same strengths that aided the success of your engineering company when you had only 5 employees can contribute heavily to its failure at 50, if not managed properly. Getting stuck in a rut is dangerous, and it can be very challenging to identify without external input. As your company grows, so must your operations. I am both an engineer and an operations consultant, so I find solutions that are realistic for companies from both perspectives. Get in touch, the most dangerous thing you can do is assume you are doing everything right.

I am always interested in hearing from people interested in technology, engineering operations, or running their own business. I consider it vital to keep an open mind and to embrace being wrong as an opportunity to improve. I also love to hear from engineering companies, startups, VCs, or teams interested in speaking engagements.
